Huawei eKitEngine S220-24P4X is a Layer 2 managed switch for SOHO and SMB networks, offering 24×10/100/1000BASE-T downlink ports with PoE+ and 4×10GE SFP+ uplink ports. It delivers a switching capacity of 128 Gbps and a packet forwarding rate of 95 Mpps. The device supports advanced Ethernet protocols including STP, RSTP, MSTP, and ERPS for fast protection switching, as well as security features such as MAC and 802.1X authentication, defense against DoS attacks, and DHCP snooping. The PoE+ model supports up to 400W power budget with Fast PoE and Perpetual PoE to ensure immediate and uninterrupted power supply to connected devices. Management can be done through cloud or on-premise platforms via Huawei eKit App, web, CLI, SSH, or SNMP. The switch includes energy-saving features like IEEE 802.3az and supports smart upgrade through Huawei Online Upgrade Platform (HOUP).
